Marilyn joined VON in 2022, bringing expertise and leadership experience in the areas of home health care, medical technology, manufacturing, and supply chain management, in both the private and not-for-profit sectors.
As the Vice President, New Business Development at CarePartners, Marilyn led strategic partnerships, expanding community nursing clinics and advancing the use of automated robotic processing in the home-care sector. As Vice President, Operations at SE Health, Marilyn led the Ontario home care business and Quebec private-pay home care services.
Marilyn holds an Executive MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University and has completed the Advanced Health Leadership Program at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.
