Immigrant and Refugee Health Clinic

Our Immigrant and Refugee Health Clinic is a one-stop service where newcomers can get their immediate primary health-care needs met and be connected to a long-term primary care provider.

This Windsor-based clinic provides newcomers with a warm welcome into our health community. Care is available in multiple languages from a diverse team that includes nurse practitioners, registered nurses, registered practical nurses, clinical educators, family service caseworkers and a range of administrative support.

We offer immigrants and refugees care for immediate health issues, comprehensive medical screening, interim primary care support and education on healthy living and wellness.

We help clients access other primary care services available to them in Windsor-Essex. We also connect clients with local primary care providers and clinics accepting new patients, taking into account the needs, language and geography of the client.

We operate a number of nursing clinics across Ontario and Nova Scotia. You can find out more about our different nursing clinics here.
