Dustin has over 25 years of experience managing institutional investment programs, and currently serves as chief investment officer for the Saskatchewan Healthcare Employees’ Pension Plan.
Dustin’s competencies include investment risk management, asset allocation across major asset classes, and portfolio implementation. He previously worked for Saskatchewan Finance in various roles, including as assistant director for the Public Employees Benefits Agency.
He holds both chartered financial analyst (CFA) and chartered professional accountant (CPA) designations. He earned a business diploma from Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology, a pension plan administration certificate from Humber College, and an honours bachelor of commerce from Laurentian University.
