VON Connect is software. VON Connect is a secure, cutting-edge software solution developed specifically for home and community care. It has a range of innovative features that will transform the way we work, benefiting clients and their families and healthcare and service providers. And because home and community care is so efficient and cost-effective, it will also result in savings for our health-care system. 

VON Connect is a campaign. VON Connect is also the name of our campaign to raise the $10 million required to purchase and implement this end-to-end home care software platform with a range of innovative features that will help make the best home and community care even better.

What will the money raised be used for?
