To be a client of this program, you must meet certain age and financial criteria.  Please start the process by answering the question below.

Are you 65 years old or older?
One or more of the below describes me financially:
  • Net income of $85,000 or less; or
  • Receive income assistance; or
  • Receive the province’s heating assistance rebate; or
  • Receive the Guaranteed Income Supplement from Service Canada.
