If you or your family member has current or past lived experience of receiving home and community care services through VON, please consider joining our Advisors Program.
VON is committed to delivering exceptional care and service to our clients and communities, and one way to do that is by listening and learning from you!
What does this program offer?
- A chance to help VON improve its service delivery, policy and decision making
- An opportunity to connect with other clients and caregivers with shared experiences
- A safe, virtual meeting setting (when permitted, meetings may take place in person)
The intent of this new program is to foster connections with those we serve to continuously improve our projects, programs, policies and service delivery.
