NOTICE OF VON SYSTEM OUTAGE IN ONTARIO AND NOVA SCOTIA
VON Canada is currently experiencing a system outage which is affecting our email, telephone, and scheduling systems in Ontario and Nova Scotia. While most clients are receiving services as scheduled, we are having some difficultly scheduling and rescheduling services at this time.
Thank you for your patience as we work to fix our outage, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you did not receive a scheduled visit, clients are encouraged to activate their back up plan. You may also try calling your local VON office, but you must stay on the line and not opt to leave a message. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911.
