VON Grey Bruce is actively recruiting in Grey-Bruce, Ontario, serving communities across Grey County and Bruce County, including Owen Sound, Collingwood, Meaford, Wiarton, Hanover, and surrounding rural areas. As demand for community-based care continues to grow, we are looking for dedicated individuals who want to build meaningful careers while supporting people close to home.
We are currently hiring registered nurses and registered practical nurses to work in community clinics and in-home nursing roles, as well as Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to provide care in clients’ homes and throughout the community. Additional opportunities may also be available in administrative, leadership, and professional support roles, depending on local needs.
All roles at VON Grey-Bruce play an essential part in helping people remain independent, supported, and safe in their own homes across Grey County and Bruce County.
