You can create a lasting legacy of kindness and care by leaving a gift to VON in your Will that will positively impact your community and future generations.
It can be any amount, big or small, and you can either request that it be designated to a specific VON program or simply to the area of greatest need. Gifts in Will are simple to arrange, your estate will receive a tax credit, and because they’re flexible, you can change them at any time.
Joyce Norris was a nurse, and when she was diagnosed with terminal cancer at age 50, she put her trust in VON home care and services to help her stay in her home for as long as possible. Knowing it was because of VON that she was able to enjoy so many good months in the comfort of her home, Joyce decided to include VON in her Will. And her legacy of caring lives on.
