What to do Following the Death of a Loved One
This one-hour information session will cover survivor benefits with the Canada Pension Plan (CPP), and Old Age Security (OAS) for individuals who have lose a spouse, partner, or common-law partner. Participants will learn about eligibility, the application process, benefit amounts, tax implications, and how to manage affairs after a bereavement. Presented by: Service Canada and Canada Revenue Agency representatives.
