Our PSWs provide personal care and health maintenance to individuals and families in the home setting within the framework of VON philosophy, policies, procedures and standards, in community health care. We are hiring for the following programs, join us to learn more:

• Home Support Program
• eHomecare (Health Care Technician) Program
• In-Home Respite Program

What we need from you:

• Must be a certified Personal Support Worker (PSW, DSW, HSW)
• Experience in community health an asset
• A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle is required
• A current and original copy of a satisfactory Criminal Records Check is required and a Vulnerable Sector Search and/or a Child Abuse Registry Check may be required
• Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
