What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the art of using your senses to be present in the moment. It can be very beneficial in helping to cope with the emotions of grief.

What can I expect?

Each week participants will explore a different theme related to mindfulness and grief, with reflections and practices inspired by a variety of authors and mindfulness teachers. Sessions will include gentle meditation and journaling exercises.

Join us for this 8-Week Webinar Series beginning April 13th, 2026 to learn how to incorporate Mindfulness into your daily routine and use it as a tool to cope with your grief.
