This FREE education session is designed to give you wraparound knowledge for all aspects of medication management. Learn about the importance of taking medications as prescribed, tracking, organization, tracking side effects, preparing lists of medications for appointments, and disposing of unneeded medication. 

Alex Plato, RPN, Pharmacy Assistant, and lead of Caregiver Network of Niagara will also share strategies for medication administering/assisting from a caregiver perspective, ways to avoid medication errors, use of pharmacists and medication coverage options in Ontario. There will be time for Q&A!
