Falls Prevention Education
November is Fall Prevention month and VON SMART is hosting a fall prevention webinar for caregivers! We’ll discuss why fall prevention is importance and its impact on healthy aging. Also, we will review the main contributing factors to increased risk of falls and learn about ways we can reduce those risks. Lastly, additional resources and program information will be provided for future reference!
