Finding Meaning and Moments of Joy in Caregiving: Caregiving can be both challenging and deeply meaningful. This interactive session explores simple, practical ways care partners can build connection, reduce stress in daily interactions, and find small moments of joy in the caregiving journey. Drawing on a relationship-focused approach from dementia care, participants will lean how small shifts in communication and presence can strengthen connection and support wellbeing for both the caregiver and the person they support. Suitable for care partners supportings individuals living with dementia, chronic illness, disability, or age-related changes.

Your Pharmacist: A Key Part of Your Health Care Team: Your pharmacist does much more than fill prescriptions. They are an important part of your health care team and can help you stay safe, healthy, and independent. In this session, you will learn how your pharmacist can help you manage your medications, organize your pills, and answer your health questions. We will talk about services like medication reviews, blister packs, vaccines, and help for common health concerns such as minor illnesses. You will leave with simple tips on how to use your pharmacist to make your health care easier and more effective.
