Anniversary event: Celebrating 30 years of SMART Exercise!
You are invited to join us in celebration of VON's 30th year of SMART Exercise!
WHEN: October 17, 2024
WHERE: Your local SMART Class, (or join us virtually! ZOOM link to come)
DETAILS:
- The class will 60 minutes long and follow the typical SMART class structure of: Aerobics, Balance, Strength, and Flexibility.
- Seated and standing options will be available.
- Please come dressed for exercise and wear closed toed shoes.
- We encourage you to bring a friend, and a water bottle.
