The privacy of our clients is paramount. The responses collected are kept anonymous, results are rolled up quarterly in a report that will guide service level changes and procedures.
Please note:
Between November 10 and December 15, some VON clients in Nova Scotia may receive a call from R.A. Malatest & Associates Ltd. to complete a brief confidential and voluntary survey about their care experience.
