She brings a unique blend of people-centered guidance and organizational expertise, having supported individuals, executives, and teams across various industries. As a commissioned Integrity Assurance Officer and certified mortgage professional, Lydiah has a proven record in upholding ethical standards, fostering transparency, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Her volunteer work with the Windsor-Essex Ontario Health Team, Patient/Client, Family and Caregiver Advisory Council reflects her commitment to advocacy and community engagement. As a member of VON’s National Advisors Council, Lydiah will contribute her insight and expertise to strengthen client-focused initiatives, support service excellence, and ensure the voices of clients and caregivers are represented at a national level.
