A dedicated advocate for accessibility and inclusion for over 25 years, Louise has held leadership roles provincially, nationally and internationally with the Canadian Council of the Blind, including serving as National President from 2010 to 2021. Her volunteer work spans organizations such as CNIB, AMI and Media Access Canada. Passionate about community engagement, Louise also remains active in vision-impaired curling, having led Nova Scotia to a silver medal at the Canadian Vision Impaired Curling Championship.
