Since 2018, Janice’s parents have received home care services through VON. Her late father, who passed away in 2023, received exceptional care during his final months. As his mobility declined, home care staff became an essential part of his daily life. Today, her mother continues to receive home care support, and her family remains grateful for the consistent, high-quality service provided by VON.

In addition to her family’s experience as clients, Janice has been giving back to the community as a volunteer Meals on Wheels driver. She finds the experience deeply rewarding.
