Board of Directors

Dave is a principal with Stabilitas Organizational Solutions, Inc. He brings expertise in human resources, organizational development and service improvement to the VON Board of Directors.

At Stabilitas, Dave provides consulting services in human resources, operational planning, service improvement and organization development. As a consultant, Dave collaborates with clients across the federal, provincial and municipal sectors in Ontario.

Prior to his consulting career, Dave spent almost 40 years with the Ontario Public Service in various leadership roles with experience in the areas of human resources, employee relations business transformation and project management.

Dave’s volunteer experience includes serving as a Board member the VON Hastings Northumberland Prince Edward community corporation, Highland Shores Children’s Aid and the Northumberland Hills Hospital.

Dave is a graduate of York University and Champlain College.
