SMILE Partner Information
The SMILE program is managed by VON Canada and works in collaboration and partnership with SMILE Partners to assist seniors at risk of progressive frailty and premature dependency to remain in their homes. There are two types of SMILE partners: a SMILE Information Partner and A SMILE Partner.
A SMILE Information Partner is an agency or organization that will provide information and referral to the SMILE program.
A SMILE Partner is an agency or organization that will assess and screen individuals for eligibility to the SMILE Program, as well as provide information and referral to SMILE and other seniors’ services.
