+/- Workplace Immunization Program

Get Your Flu Shot!

Most people can benefit from a flu shot.  A bout of flu can leave you bed ridden for five to ten days.  It can take weeks to fully recover, interrupt work, recreation and family activities.  It can also protect those around you who may be at risk of severe complications from the flu.

Workplace Flu Clinics

Research has shown that influenza immunization can decrease the incidence of the flu.  Employees can benefit from this convenient, worksite service.  VON arranges immunization clinics at workplaces throughout Hamilton in the Fall of each year to help “Beat the Flu Bug” and help to decrease the incidence of influenza in our community.

You can prevent huge losses in productivity and profits with a very small investment in the VON Flu Immunization Program.  Companies who vaccinate prior to a mild flu season realize savings greater than four and a half times the cost of vaccinating.

Find out how you can have a healthy and productive workforce through a simple and effective VON Program.
